Healthy Rice-Cooking

Recently I found there is a very healthy method to cook the rice. I learnt this from my brother who has suggested that I may try to put few drops of olive oil in the rice before it goes for cooking. He said that may not only helps the rice better in taste and aroma, but the rice won’t that sticky after it is cooked and most important of all, it provides healthier nutritions from the goodness of olive oil. Hence I followed the suggestion and true, it tastes great! The rice seems more “moisture” and not that sticky. I’m glad I learn this new method on rice-cooking and like to share this to all of you…. yet ONLY for those who cook at home! LOL!
